Finished the new Love Grenades video! Yes, it took that long, but it was an epic snowboarding season! But seriously, the edit is a very creative process for me, as much so as the other parts. Of course there are methods and a plan based on the script, but implementing them with the actual footage is always a process of discovery and finding the organic magic that happens on it's own. Premiered it on April 18th to a packed house at The Echo. See below and see what ya think. :-)

Work has been a bitch lately. Seriously. So now I'm home and I have the daunting task before me of trying to edit the new video. And it's thanks to video (versus film) that I have an insane shooting ratio to work with (I think I calculated 140:1...lol). The Hefe-weizen is taking the edge off the workday, but not really energizing me for slogging away at the edit. I foresee about a month of nights and weekends. Any advice?
